The hospital staff is awesome and very polite and caring. They took really good care of my very sick dogs that got food poisoning. The hospital was really good about keeping me posted on how the dogs were doing. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that needs emergency services for their beloved pets. They are just simply awesome! I was very pleased with the care and time the vets spent with my dogs. The vets are very knowledgeable. And very caring of your beloved fur babies.

Great experience and excellent care. I was traveling from UT to FL and my 70lb Black Lab came down with a case of vomiting and diarrhea on the first day. My wife found this group on the internet and I showed up on a Sunday night around 6pm. Everyone who I interacted with that night was just great with animals. He was seen within 30 minutes of filling out paperwork (I was third in line) and the vet on staff did a thorough exam of him. They gave me a menu of items to choose from with respect x-rays, Giardia tests, and bloodwork. I opted for medication to stop the nausea, antibiotics that would deal with any bacteria, dog Imodium to stop the diarrhea, bland dog food in a can, and probiotics. They also gave him some fluids subcutaneously to ensure he wasn't dehydrated. We were on our way by 8pm. Everything they gave me worked and the next two days passed with no other incident. By the time I got home, he was pretty much back to normal. A true life-saver on such a long journey. Two more days of what happened on day one would have been horrible. Many thanks to this group!!!

Had to take my kitten in a couple times after I had just gotten him because he developed some issues from being a stray. I’m a first time cat owner and when he looked sick I just didn’t know what to do and wanted to take him in to make sure he was ok when my normal vet wasn’t available. They are very helpful and gave me proper medications to treat my cats URI. Also, when I missed a dose of my cats nasal drops because he was wiggling they gave me another dose of the medicine at a discounted price. I really appreciate their help in helping my kitten get better.

My dogs stomach twisted and Robin saved my dogs life with surgery immediately I recommend this place and Robin to everyone! Everyone was super friendly, caring,and understanding! I am forever grateful for this place and Robin!

This was an amazing emergency vet clinic. They showed so much compassion and took care of my French bulldog, Yoda. My partners truck died while we were there because it’s -2 degrees out. Janet (receptionist) went out in the snow and helped him recharge the battery until it started. Truly amazing people and place. Hopefully will never need to come back for emergency services, but if we do this will be the place we go.

This clinic has always been amazing, the staff are extremely helpful and understanding. We have had to bring our cat in several times for an ongoing condition and Dr. Dowart has always been an amazing and caring member of the team to help us feel at ease. I would recommend their services here to anyone needing an emergency visit.

Me and my dad came here for our cat Lucas, he was slobbering and had weird puss coming from his mouth and neck, the people here were very kind and took him in almost right away, they cleaned the hole he had in his neck and gave him some medication and high calorie food to help him recover, at a pretty decent price, this is probably one of the best vet clinics I have ever went to, for a emergency veterinary practice.

We drove from Omaha and the team here took our cat Prada in at 2:45AM after she injured her ankle. They were very professional in handling her despite her being combative and were very reassuring. I could tell they were busy, but they still treated us and Prada with a lot of care and respect in the limited time we had with them. Even though it was pricey (what emergency room isn’t?), they were transparent about expected costs upfront. To the overnight team: thank you for being the only location working through the outrageous hours!
